Stamp, Ink, Paper #104 - Colour Theory Daisy Easel Card

Hi Everyone,


Welcome to our Colour challenge this week at Stamp, Ink, Paper.  This will be fun and we hope you can join us.  We can't wait to see your colourful creations.


I've chosen the Silver Foil as my metallic to combine with Stampin Up Colours of  Lemon Lime Twist, Island Indigo and Berry Burst.  There's also some Whisper White card in the mix along with some Paper from the Color Theory Designer Stack that was embossed with the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder, Daisy Delight Bundle, Label Me Pretty Bundle and dies Detailed Floral Thinlits and Lots of Labels Framelits.



As you can see, I've made an Easel Card today and I've featured a number of new products on it to display at my class this week.




The top panel of the card features a Daisy and leaves which both come from the Daisy Delight stamp set.  The leaves were handcut and the Flower has a matching punch.




Here's a closer view of the base of the card with the Detailed Floral thinlits die cuts.  This panel is raised up on Dimentionals to form the anchor for the easel.




Here's a better look at the Greeting which has been layered up from the Label Me Pretty bundle, which consists of a Stamp set and a Label punch.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
