Paper Craft Crew 227 - Hey Chick Sale-a-bration Card

Hi Everyone,

Welcome back to the Paper Craft Crew challenge.  This week we have a sketch for you as below.





I've used a Sale-a-bration set for this card which I've just received for free with my order.





The Hen has been stamped onto a tag made with the Scallop Topper tag punch and has been coloured with Watercolour pencils and blender pens.  The cardstock I've used is Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Whisper White, Basic Black and Hello Honey.  I'ved used a Pumpkin pie brad from my stash and my punches to create the circle embellishment and I've used the Woodgrain embossing folder to create the texture on my Soft Suede background.  Here's a closer look.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
