PCC221 - Happy Wonderful Christmas Flip Card

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the Wednesday challenge this week at the Paper Craft Crew.  It's a colour challenge this time and these look like perfect Christmas Colours to me.

I've used them to make a Flip Christmas card and I pulled out my retired Label card thinlit die for it using some Christmas paper from This Christmas designer paper pack.  The cardstock I've chosen is Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and some Very Vanilla.  I've used the Santa's Sleigh bundle for the Tree and reindeer on this card and I pulled out my Wonderful Wreath set for the sentiments on the flip front and back.  A series of photos are below to show the panels which is a bit more difficult with a flip card.

The above pic shows the front side of the card and below is a closeup of the font side of the greeting.

And the front of the card standing.

The next pic is the flip side of the card which shows the inner greeting.

We hope you will join our challenge this week.  There is heaps of in…

SIP#76 - Embossing Falling Flowers

Hi Everyone,

Its another Happy Tuesday here and that means its time for the Stamp, Ink, Paper challenge.  Our theme this week is Embossing.

I have both Heat embossed and texture embossed my card.  Come and have a look.  I've used the Falling Flowers stamp set and the May flowers framelits on this card and the Rose Wonder stamp set for the sentiment.

My cardstock is Basic Black and Shimmer White and I've used the Elegant Dots embossing folder on the black background.  The Flowers and greeting have been heat embossed with Black embossing powder and I've used Illuminate ink of my leaves.

Here's a closeup of the flowers.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Can't wait to see what you create for our challenge this week

PCC219 - Oh Christmas Tree

Hello everyone,

My Cardstock here is Real Red, Whisper White, Emerald Envy and Silver Glimmer.  The Patterned paper comes from the pack called Presents and Pinecones.  The Stamps used are Santa's Sleigh and Time of Year.  I used the Scallop Tag Topper punch for the rectangular panel on the sketch.

Here's a full photo of the card.

I used my Wink of Stella to add some sparkle all over the Christmas banner.

Thanks so much for joining us.  Can't wait to see what you make with our sketch this week at
the Paper Craft Crew.  Have a great day.

SIP#74 - CAS Christmas

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the Stamp, Ink, Paper challenge.  This week we have a CAS Christmas card challenge and look forward to seeing what you come up with.  I've been working on Christmas cards for a while, started in July and I've finished running all my Christmas card classes.  They are cards everyone enjoys to make and to receive.

Here's mine using Santa's Sleigh Bundle.  The cardstock is Early Espresso, Whisper White, Real Red, Tip Top Taupe, Mossy Meadow and a tiny little bit of Red Glimmer for the bow.

The embossing folder is a favourite called Woodlands.

I also made a second card along these lines with the Sleigh from the bundle and the Softly Falling embossing folder for the background.  This one doesn't have the ribbon and the greeting was changed for a customer order.

And here's a pic of the cards from my recent Christmas card class.

We look forward to you joining us this week at Stamp Ink Paper.  Have a great day.

Santa's Sleigh Christmas Card

Hi Everyone,

This was a square Christmas card made at my recent class to showcase the Santa's Sleigh Bundle.

On this design I also combined the Banners for Christmas stamp set and matching framelits.  The Cardstock is Real Red, Whisper White, Mossy Meadow, Early Espresso and Glimmer papers of Gold and Red.  There is also some Gold ribbon on this one from my stash that I think was from last year's Holiday catty.  Here's a closeup of the elements.  You can see I've used the Lucky Stars embossing folder on my Whisper white background.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  See you next time.

PCC218 - Tic Tac Toe Christmas Shaker Card

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to our Wednesday challenge this week at the Paper Craft Crew.  This week we have a Tic Tac Toe challenge and I've chosen to the the Diagonal line of Christmas Theme, Shaker Card and Embossing.

I've been commissioned to make what my customer referred to as a "Lovey Dovey" Christmas card for her partner.  This is the first one I've come up with, to see if she likes it.

The cardstock is Whisper White, Real Red, Early Espresso, Silver Glimmer and Patterned paper from the Candy Cane Lane Designer paper pack.  I've fussy cut one of the Gingerbread houses from the sheet here.

The red background has been embossed with the Happy Heart embossing folder.

I've used little punched stars and silver sequins in my shaker.  Can't wait to see what you make with our Tic Tac Toe challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.

Have a great day.

SIP#73 - Grateful Thankful Blessed

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another challenge at Stamp Ink Paper.  This week we have a theme.

I've used some Soft Suede card on this one combined with Copper foil, Copper embossing powder and Copper thread with some retired Textured birch paper.  Not sure exactly what it was called but its on a roll and came in a bundle a couple of years back.

The sentiment comes from the Paisleys & Posies stamp set and has been heat embossed with copper embossing powder.

In the bottom left corner I've used one of the dies from the Paisley framelits cut from Copper foil.  Thanks so much for checking in today.  I hope you like my card.  There is plenty more inspiration for you at the Stamp, Ink, Paper challenge and we hope you will join us.

Have a great day.

Wreath Christmas Cards

Hi Everyone,

I was recently commissioned to make a bunch of Christmas Cards.  This was the design I came up with for my customer using the Wonderous Wreath stamp set and Wonderful Wreath matching framelits.  She wanted 25 cards.

Here they are:-

I've used the Softly Falling embossing folder on the Whisper White background of all these cards and used a base card of Emerald envy with a mat of Real Red.

The Christmas banner comes from the Stamp Set Time of Year and the separate flowers down the bottom have been cut with the Blooming Hearts framelits.  Here's a closer look.

The Wishes down the bottom of the card comes from a greeting off the Santa's Sleigh stamp set which I cut with one of the frames from the Bunch of Banners framelits.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I hope you've had a great weekend.

18th Male Birthday Card

Hi Everyone,

Happy Birthday Jayden,

The card I'm sharing with you today is a Birthday card I made for a friend of my daughter, for his 18th last week.

The cardstock is Basic Gray, Basic Black, and Smoky Slate.  The woodpanel background is from a retired Printed Paper Stack.  The Basic Black panel has been embossed with the Elegant Dots embossing folder and the 18 was cut out with the Large Number framelits.

I've used a vintage greeting from a set I love called Well Scripted and some Washi tape has been used on more Basic Black card to create a border under the sentiment.

Thank you for stopping by to see.  Have a great weekend.
