Image
Hi everyone, Welcome to this week's challenge at Stamp Ink Paper Here's my card using the Eclipse technique along with the Large Letter dies.  The cardstock is Blushing Bride, Whisper White and Pear Pizzazz and the patterned paper is from a retired pack called Nursery Nest. The "Congratulations" comes from the stamp set Teeny Tiny Sentiments and I've used an old retired Blossom punch for the layered flower under the button. Here are some closeup pics Thanks so much for joining us this week at Stamp Ink Paper .  Just for playing along you could also have the opportunity to be Guest Designer for us.  We look forward to seeing your creations in our Gallery. Have a great day.

Birthday Easel Card for the Fancy Fold challenge PCC304

Image
Hi everyone, Today I decided to play along with the Fancy Fold challenge at the Paper Craft Crew .  Easel cards are my favourite style to make and I based this one on an Eyeshadow palette for a teenage girl. Here's my card I've used cardstock of Rose Red, Whisper White, Basic Black and Merry Merlot for the base of my card and many other scraps of card for all the circles to resemble different colours of eyeshadow.  The patterned paper is from the pack called Painted with Love. Here's the palette that I took inspiration from for my card. I I've taken various other photos including closeups to show off the card better so you can see how it sits. Can't wait to see all the other entries at the Paper Craft Crew .  Thanks so much for stopping by today and leaving me a comment.  I love hearing from you. Have a great day.

Stamp Ink Paper #164 - Use Your Scraps with Lillypad Lake

Image
Hi everyone, Welcome to this week's challenge at Stamp Ink Paper .  This is a great challenge and also something I like to do on a regular basis, is go through my scraps to see what I can use on my cards at least once a month. Here's my card featuring Lilypad Lake Stamp set and matching dies which I also recently used in a class.  I had a lot of pieces left over including patterned paper from the Tranquil Textures designer paper which I tore the edge of for this card.  I love this technique for masculine cards.  The cardstock used here is Whisper White, Sahara Sand, Balmy Blue and Pool Party. The greeting has been sitting on my desk for a couple of months now using the Birthday Banners stamp set & cut with the coordinating Bunch of Banners framelits.  I didn't like it on the card I originally made it for so its finally made a home onto this card front. I've used my Oval layering dies for the water scene with the Sailboats.  Here's a closeu

Here's my card using the Rose Garden thinlits (retired) for the hero of this card cut from Copper foil.  The cardstock is Balmy Blue and Whisper White and the patterned paper is from the Garden Impressions paper stack. The Happy Birthday greeting comes from the matching retired Stamp set called Rose Wonder.  I love how the card turned out in its simplicity. Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Have a great day.
