Team Day Christmas Card Swaps
Hi Everyone,
Last weekend I had a very enjoyable Saturday attending our Paper Angels Team training in Brisbane. This was an opportunity to meet up with other demonstrators and get hands on with some new products, share information and swap cards.
I must say it was very well organised by Bec Ross and Anna Wheaton and what a fabulous group of ladies we have in the Paper Angels. It was nice to put faces to names that I'd only seen on FB before.
Getting on to the swaps, these are what I made using the Eastern Medallion framelits and new paper Merry Music Specialty dsp.
Below was my works in progress
Once I finally decided what I was making for my swaps (after changing my mind 3 times) it only took me a day to complete them. I used cardstock of Very Vanilly, Real Red and Garden Green. I think the layering of the Medallion flowers like this gives them the look of a Poinsettia.
I also used some Gold thread underneath the flower and I used Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp for the Merry Christmas which I then cut out with the Stitched Shape framelits.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you all have a fantastic day and week.
Carolyn xx
