Peaceful Petals for Happy Tuesday

Image
Hello Everyone, Another cold day was had here for Happy Tuesday.  My morning walk with a friend was extremely chilly so we really enjoyed our coffee and muffins afterwards in the nice warm cafe. I've done some colouring with the new Blendabilities on today's card.  The Stamp is from the set called Peaceful Petals which has been coloured with the Razzleberry and Olive blendabilities pens.  The greeting is from the set Petite Pairs.  Come and have a look. The cardstock is Crumb Cake, Blackberry Bliss and Whisper White.  I've used the Lacy Brocade embossing folder on the Blackberry Bliss panel and added a little butterfly from the Beautiful Wings embosslits die.  The greeting has been punched with the Modern Label punch. Thanks so much for calling in today.  Hope you have a Happy Tuesday.

Marry Me - a Wedding Card

Hello Everyone, Don't you all love Mondays?  Hey, is that just me you say?  I think its a few thousand Mums this morning who welcomed the end of Holidays and back to the ritual of school for the third term and regular routine once again....Lol.  It allowed me to get some more of my retiring products sorted and ready for sale.  I dug out this older set called Marry me to make this Wedding card which also uses some retired patterned paper from the specialty paper pack called More Amore.  I actually demonstrated the envelope board on the weekend using a sheet of paper from the pack to create an envelope, so I made the card to match.  Come and have a look. Firstly here is the envelope.  Its so handy to be able to make your own with the envelope punch board for those special occasion cards so that it matches. Here is the card I've made to match including some of the same patterned paper with cardstock of Pool Party and Very Vanilla.  I'...

Hello Everyone, What a cold Saturday we've had here today.  Record low temperatures across the State today.  I had a class at home today and we stayed inside for the most part.  After it finished, I made this card using up some retired products - Primrose Petals cardstock, Simply Sketched stamp set and paper from the Print Poetry stack.  Come and have a look.   I really like pink and green together.  I've used both Chalk Talk and Label framelits and the Fancy Fan embossing folder on the Chalk Talk primrose tag.  Below is a picture of the card. Thanks so much for calling in today.  Enjoy your weekend and stay warm.

Papillon Butterfly Thinlit Label Card

Hi Everyone, Its the final week of school holidays here, a week where we catch up with a few appointments for the girls.  I had my own appointment today for my hair to cover those pesky pigment challenged hairs.  It kind of inspired the colours for today's card. Today I've made another one of those flip cards, this time with the Thinlit Label framelit.  I've combined it with Work of Art and Papillon Potpourri stamps and Eastern Elegance patterned paper.  Come and have a look and my butterfly on the front. The large butterfly has been stamped in Blackberry Bliss to match the base card and then sponged with Summer starfruit ink.  The smaller butterflies have been stamped in the Starfruit and sponged lightly in the reverse colour.  The white label was stamped with Smoky slate ink and one of the stamps from Work of Art stamp set.  Have a look at the front side of the card below. And the flip side The Birthday greeting on the inside comes...
