Some Christmas Cards using the Faux Patina Technique
Hi Everyone,
Here are a couple of cards I've made recently with the Faux Patina Technique. A couple of different colour combos again, plus a different embossing folder - Lacy Brocade from the Holiday Mini. The Greetings are also from the Holiday Mini.
The base of this card is Elegant Eggplant and the colours used on the background are Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Rose Red and Elegant Eggplant.
On this card I've used Cardstock of Sahara Sand and Raspberry Ripple with the background coloured with Crumb Cake, Lucky Limeade, Summer Starfruit and Rich Razzleberry. The greeting is stamped with Raspberry Ripple to match the card mat.
Thanks for looking. Please feel free to leave me a comment when you stop by. I love to know who's visited me.
These are lovely Carolyn. Love the colours :)

ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn, I had a bad night's sleep and woke at 2.35am. No not the end of the story - the first thing that popped into my head was "Carolyn's raspberry ripple faux patina card". No, I didn't get up to make it but struggled to get back to sleep for the next couple of hours. So, as I sit here with my eyeballs hanging on to their sockets, I ask for your permission to CASE it as my Vintage theme card for a swap group that I participate in. xEv
ReplyDeleteNo problems, Evelyn you are welcome to CASE
