Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge 209 - Serene Beach Thank You

Image
Hello Everyone, Welcome to the Wednesday sketch challenge.  This week we have a Tic Tac Toe board for you to play along with at the Paper Craft Crew. I'm using the first vertical line for my card - Seashells, Natural Element and Water. The cardstock I've chosen is Sahara Sand and Island Indigo with the Beach paper from the Serene Scenery paper stack.  I've used Copper embossing powder and heat embossed my Thank you directly on the card using the sentiment from Thoughful Branches bundle. and I've glued on some real natural elements in the form of tiny seashells to my card front.  I've used some Natural twill ribbon as a side border for this card and kept it really CAS. Here's a closer look at the greeting and shells. Thanks for joining me this week.  I think you will enjoy our Tic Tac Toe board and look forward to seeing your creation. Have a great day.

Stamp Ink Paper #63 - Butterfly Thanks

Image
Hi Everyone, Welcome to our challenge this week at Stamp Ink Paper .  Isn't this one right up my ally.  You can choose to use anything with wings in this challenge, although its pretty obvious mine will be Butterfly. The cardstock I've used is Whisper White, Watermelon Wonder, Blackberry Bliss and Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer.   The pretty dsp comes from the pack from SAB called Wildflower Fields.  The florals were so pretty. I've used my Butterfly thinlits and Greeting framelits on this card.  There's no stamping at all.  Even though its so simple, I really love how this turned out.  Here's a closer look at my butterfly. We look forward to seeing your take on the Wings challenge.  Can't wait to see wait you create this week at Stamp Ink Paper . Have a great day. :)

Stamp Ink Paper #62 - Thoughful Branches Sheep card

Image
Hi Everyone, Welcome to the Tuesday Stamp Ink Paper Challenge, with this great sketch. The cardstock I've chosen is Rose Red, Soft Sky, Cucumber Crush, Smoky Slate, Whisper White and Basic Black.  I saw this great idea in one of the groups I'm in to use the Thoughful Branches bundle to make a cute sheep.  I'd like to thank Judys Creations as I cased her sheep.  I didn't have exactly the same punches as she used but I used the Leaves from May Flowers framelits for the ears, the Owl punch for the face and eyes.  One of my little flower punches for on top of the head and the Bow builder punch for the feet.  I also got to use my Fringe Scissors on the grass. The patterned paper used on the background of my card was called English garden.  Here's a closer look at my sheep. Thanks so much for stopping by today.  We can't wait to see what you create with this week's sketch at Stamp Ink Paper . Have a great day.

Hi Everyone, Welcome to the Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew .  Here is this week's sketch. I've used cardstock of Smoky Slate, Basic Black and Crumb Cake along with the Blooms & Birds bundle and some English Garden designer paper for my card. I've split my Happy Birthday Sentiment using Happy from the Petite Pairs and the Birthday from the From the Herd set, both of which are retired.  Here is a closeup. Also the view of my card standing up.  You may notice Gemstone square brad which I put through the washi tape.  Who else has a stash of these in their collection?   I try to use something from from stash on most of my challenge cards.  The Washi tape also falls into that category. We hope you will join us this week and look forward to seeing your creation at the  Paper Craft Crew . Have a great day.

Blooms & Bliss Tag Cards

Image
Hi Everyone, Today I'm sharing a couple of cards which was a design we made at my Blooms & Bliss card class from a few weeks back. The papers in Blooms and Bliss are my favourite this year.  They are so pretty.  Added to the card were tags made with the Scallop Tag Topper punch and the Detailed Floral framelits.  Added to both cards were butterflies stamped with the Papillon Potpouri stamp set and the greeting from Blooms and Wishes stamp set. The base on the first one is Basic Gray and the second is Rich Razzleberry.  I've used Sweet Sugar Plum and Whisper White to accessorise both cards along with my Scallop border and Washi tape punches. Thanks so much for stopping by today.

Hello Everyone Welcome to our challenge this week at Stamp Ink Paper .  Today we have a colour challenge for you, with colours chosen by Andrea. I've had some technical issues this week and wasn't sure I would get a card up in time posted, but I went ahead and made it in any case.  I'm glad I did, because it contains a couple of my favourite things in both colours and a Butterfly.  Come and see. Hi Everyone, Happy Tuesday to you all and welcome to our challenge for this week at Stamp Ink Paper .  This one is sure to make you smile.  You really must check out all the cards by the Design Team this week.  There is so much inspiration there. I've used an old set called From the Herd for my card and I've combined it with Hardwood background stamp, which is such a versatile stamp.  I wanted another male card this time, so I've gone down the neutrals in the colour department for a guy. The cardstock I've used is Basis Black, Crumb Cake and Whisper White.  The frame was cut with Hearth & Home framelits and I got out my Speech Bubble framelits for the greeting. Here's a closeup. Look forward to you joining us this week and seeing how much you can make us smile and laugh at  Stamp Ink Paper  challenge.
