Stamp Ink Paper #64 - Less is more with Serene Scenes

Hi everyone,

Welcome to our Tuesday challenge at Stamp, Ink Paper.  This week we are going all CAS.

I've used the Serene Scenes paper stack to create these cards.  The papers make such beautiful backgrounds and are great for CAS designs like these.

The greeting from the SU Hostess set Time of Year has been stamped and heat embossed directly onto the background with Copper embossing powder and I've used some of our Copper thread underneath the Dragonfly and Butterfly which have also been embossed with Copper powder.   They come from the stamp sets Awesomely Artistic and Papillon Potpourri respectively.

I actually made 3 of these cards from different background sheets in the Serene Scenes stack.

They were adhered to a White metallic base from a pack of cards and matching envelopes that were purchased from Officeworks on a sale.

I think they look quite effective.

We would love you to join in with this weeks challenge at Stamp, Ink, Paper and can't wait to see what you create.   Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a fabulous day.
