Wonderful Blessings with Wisteria and Navy

Image
Hi Everyone, While I had this stamp set out the other day for my Design Team cards I actually stamped and heat embossed several extra ones so that I could make up a batch of cards and try sponging with some different colours.  Here's the first few I'd like to show you. I've used a combination of Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White and Night of Navy for both cards and added accents with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper.  The first card below uses the Lucky Stars embossing folder. and the closeup The second card uses the Lots of Labels framelits and both cards use the Bow from the Wonderful Wreath framelits and the Circle collection framelits.   On these cards I wanted to give the impression of hanging ornaments. and the closeup - I added Daffodil Delight to the mix of sponged inks. Here are both of these cards side by side. If you like my cards please let me know.  I love receiving your comments.  Have a great day.

Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge #166

Image
Hello from Downunder, Wednesday means its time for a Paper Craft Crew challenge, so welcome and here is this week's sketch. I've decided to dig out a retired single stamp from last year called Wonderful Blessings.  Its circular design works beautifully with this sketch and our Circle framelits. The cardstock I've used is Night of Navy, Whisper White, Perfect Plum and Dazzling diamonds glimmer paper. The image has been stamped with versamark ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder then sponged with Inks of Perfect Plum and Night of Navy. Thanks so much for stopping by.  We hope you will join us this week for the Paper Craft Crew card challenge.  Have a great day.

Stamp Ink Paper challenge #18

Hello Everyone, Its time for another Challenge at Stamp Ink Paper this week. I've decided to do a landscape version of the card and go with a Black and White theme which I always love.  Its so classic.  I've used Basic Black for the base with a layer of Whisper White on the background which is embossed with the Softly Falling embossing folder.  The stamp I'ved used was one of the single stamp purchases from last year called Wonderful Blessings.  I stamped with versamark onto black card and heat embossed with White embossing power.  Its been cut out with the Circle collection framelits, layered onto another circle of Dazzling Diamonds glimmer card and then mounted on the card over some silver cord to mimic the panel across the card. Here's a closer look at the embossed stamp. We hope you will join us this week and look forward to seeing what you create at  Stamp Ink Paper challenge.  Please be sure to visit for more inspiration an...

Christmas is not that far off really, and I've just received an order to make another 10 Christmas cards.  I hope you have started your Christmas preparations too.  Have a great day.

Congratulations Butterfly Card

Hi Everyone, The card I made today was intended to be for an Engagement party, however my daughter rejected it.  I changed it and changed a greeting on another one for her instead, but I'm sharing this one in any case. I used the English Garden designer paper here along with Butterfly thinlits and retired products, Black Satin Ribbon and Well Scripted stamp set.  The greeting has been cut out with the Chalk Talk framelits, closeup below. The cardstock I've used is Old Olive, Basic Black and Whisper White.   The full pic of the card is below. Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Have a great Sunday.

All is Calm Snow Scene Card

Image
Hi Everyone, I've made yet another Snow scene card combining the Hearth and Home window framlit with the Happy Scenes and Festival of Trees stamps.  I've cased my card from the Paper Craft Crew sketch challenge this week again using some All is Calm specialty designer paper from last year.  Come and have a look. The cardstock used is Basic Gray and Whisper White with a small amount of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper.  The background patterned paper is from the All is Calm specialty pack from last year. I've hand cut some little presents for under the tree stamped with the Festival of Trees set and cut the greeting from Teeny Tiny sentiments out with the Bitty Banners framelits. I'm reasonably pleased with how this one turned out.  Thanks so much for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
