One Card for Two Challenges - PCCSC41 and PP144

Hello Everyone,

It's time for another sketch challenge with the Paper Craft Crew and here is my Design Team Card this week.  We hope you will pop on over to the Paper Craft Crew and join in with the challenge this week.  I can't wait to see what you make.

I've made my card with the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper and combined with stamps from the Fabulous Florets stamp set.  Add to that a Crystal Faceted button and Paper doily and it makes a pretty card for Mother's Day.

My cardstock is Island Indigo, Baja Breeze and Pink Pirouette.  I've turned my Label Framelits around from the sketch here below, to be a better fit for my design.  The Twitterpated Dsp I've used on my background was embossed with the Fancy Fan Embossing folder and I've created the tabs top and bottom with the word window punch.

This is the sketch given to us by Pam this week for work with.

My card also fits with the Theme challenge this week at the Paper Players for Mother's Day.

I'm entering my card into the Paper Players Mother's Day challenge with Anne Marie

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Make sure you check out the other great cards by the talent Design Teams on both the challenge sites.  They provide great inspiration.

Have a great day.

  1. This is a nice Mothers Day card Carolyn, I like twitterpated paper. And anything with a vintage faceted button is perfect in my books! Vx

  5. That is one of my favorite DSP packs ever and you really created a lovely Mother's Day card here! The doily is such a pretty way to frame the flowers and I really like how you used the Word Window punch for the accents. Very pretty! Thanks so much for joining us this week at the Paper Players! :)
