Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge #156 - Timeless Elegance Dragonfly Card



Hello Everyone,

Welcome to the Wednesday Card sketch challenge this week at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here is this week's sketch.






The cardstock I'm using is Tip Top Taupe, Very Vanilla, Sahara Sand and Basic Black, with a little Vellum for embossing which I've combined with Timeless Elegance designer paper and the Lovely Lace embossing folder.  The Stamp sets used are Awesomely Artistic (Dragonfly) and Sheltering Tree (Greeting).




The Dragonfly was stamped onto vellum with Versamark and heat embossed with gold embossing powder then fussy cut and raised on the patterned paper with foam dimensionals.




I've also used the Scallop border punch on some Very Vanilla card to separate my patterned paper and the Postage stamp punch on the squares down the right hand side.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
