Paper Players #121

Hi Everyone,

This weeks challenge at the Paper Players is a Colour Challenge featuring the following:-

I'm making gifts at the moment, so thought these colours would work for some Calendar/Post It Note Easels that I'm making for a Christmas Craft Fair.  I thought of French Foliage when I looked at these colours.

Here is a card I've made with the challenge colours.  The Triple layer card has been done before with French Foliage and I've made it with many other stamp sets too, but I love how it turned out in these colours.

The accompanying Calendar Easel with the Post It Notepad is my challenge entry for this week and I think they will make a great gift set together.

I've included the side on view, as I've had requests asking how they are made.  They are basically a normal Easel card but stand a lot more upright because of the note pad which is adhered in place.

Here is the closeup view

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you've enjoyed viewing my challenge entry.  Please leave me some comments if you like what you've seen.

  1. Carolyn, this is a gorgeous set! Love the design of your triple layers card and that post it note/calender is very pretty...and practical, too. You really brought the challenge colors to life. Thanks so much for joining us this week at the Paper Players! :)

  2. I love French Foliage and you used it beautifully on this card. What a fabulous idea to make it to accompany that gorgeous Calendar Easel.
So glad you shared this great projects with the Paper Players this week

  3. I've never seen a calendar easel before and it is fabulous! Love your layout with the top note and leaves behind the calendar and the triple stamped card is a lovey way to use the colors and that stamp set! Thank you for joining us at The Paper Players!
