CCMC227 - Special Sketch Challenge

Hi Everyone,

There is a special sketch challenge at Create with Connie and Mary this week that I wanted to enter.

I'm a big fan of shaped cards and love to make all sorts of shaped Easels or cards with Framelits & dies and you will know this already if you follow my blog.  I was looking forward to entering this week and seeing what you think of my card.  Here it is.

My Cardstock is Elegant Eggplant, Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla and Wisteria Wonder.  I've used stamps from Everything Eleanor for the Flowers, Papillon Potpourri and Itty Bitty Banners.  I've used dies of Scallop Circle to make my Circular Easel card and layered Doilies from Paper Doily and Delicate Doilies Sizzlits.

This is the sketch that was the basis for the challenge
2012 Create Thursday-007
And is TO MAKE A SHAPED card using framelit or dies!  Isn't that FUN?  And second...THIS WILL GO FOR TWO WEEKS!!!

I hope you like it.  Please feel free to leave me a comment.

  5. Great job with the double challenge for Create with Connie & Mary. I haven't thought to use the doilies with the scallop circle - but they look like they fit together nicely. Thanks for the idea.
