Just Add Ink #156

Hello Everyone,

I'm back to join in with another challenge at Just Add Ink.  This week it's a Colour challenge with this combination

I thought about this one for a while and decided on a Window Easel Card using a couple of stamp sets, My new Secret Garden Bundle and Artistic Etchings.  Here is my card.

I've used Early Espresso as the base of my card, and included Very Vanilla as my neutral for stamping.  The printed paper is from the Paper Stack Print Poetry, and a Designer Builder Brad is the achor to hold up the Easel.  The greeting is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments cut with a Bitty Banner.

Here is a closer look at the top panel, below.

I've used Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder on the background of my front panel and also layered a Delicate Doily.

I thought the combination of colours this week were quite pretty and worked well.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  I would love to hear from you, your thoughts on my card.

  1. LOVE!!! What a beautiful card Carolyn - love your use of these colours and the details you've added! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink this week!

  2. That DSP is just glorious, isn't it? Lovely use of the colours, Carolyn; so many pretty details to look at on your card. Glad you could play along with us at Just Add Ink this week. :)

  3. The patterned paper on top with the pool party inside is very striking. Really draws your eye. Doily behind the Eiffel tower ties it all together beautifully. Vx

  4. Thanks to both of you for your lovely comments, Ladies.
