More Cards for Challenges with Baby Wipe Technique - PP150 & JAI #169
Hello Everyone,
This is post no. 2 today and I just can't seem to stop myself when I start playing with a technique.
Here is a card using Artistic Etchings stamp set, combined with Collage Curios
The Reinkers I've used for the Baby Wipe technique on this card were Blushing Bride, Primrose Petals, Marina mist and Rich Razzleberry. I feel the colours in this background are closer to the colours of the Inspiration challenge at JAI. The Challenge at the Paper Players is to add Bling and that was added to the Mosaic punched pieces on my card.
I've also used the Fancy Fan Embossing folder on my Whisper White background on this Label Framelits Easel Card.
I really love how pretty the skyline looks on this card. We do see some beautiful shades in the sky during sunset. I don't know if Paris is the same, however using my imagination. Best wishes was stamped in the Baby wipe used as a Stamp Pad after I'd done the wiping technique, to produce multicoloured lettering.
I'm going to enter into 2 challenges

But wait, there is more. I couldn't decide which card I liked the best, so here is another one made with the same technique and Elements of Style stamp set combined with Papillon Potpourri.
On this card I've used the Label framelits horizontally as a topper on a square white Easel card base. I've also used Curly Cute greeting in an effort to be using my retiring stamp sets. My Black Label was embossed with Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder. Once again, I've stamped some butterflies using the wipe as an inkpad to achieve the multicolours.
So which one do you like the best. Please let me know while visiting. Would love to have your opinion. Enjoy your day!
