Joyful Christmas - World Cardmaking Day
Hello Everyone,
As you know from my post, yesterday was World Cardmaking Day. Today is actually my Wedding Anniversary. We've been married for 29 years, but yet another anniversary missed with my husband working away. (I'll share the Anniversary card I made tomorrow.)
I decided to create another card for World Cardmaking Day with Joyful Christmas stamp set and the Circle Framelits.
I've created another Easel card, this time with a circle cut out of the centre and my Pointsettia is suspended within the circle. This photo gives you a better idea of this fold and how the cutout looks from the back.
This is a closer look at the front
The cardstock used is Confetti White for the base, Island Indigo for the front, Silver Glimmer for the circular frame and Vellum for the embossed Pointsettia.
Closeup of the greeting
The dsp is from the specialty pack called Winter Frost.
Note: Don't forget about the Late Night Stampers Fall Treasure Hunt. It's not too late to collect your 50 clues and be entered into the draw for your Country. I am offering Blog Candy. See my original post here
I have updated some more blogs to the list.
Thanks so much for stopping by for a look. Hope you've been having a wonderful weekend.

Happy Anniversary!. Lovely card. Strill trying to figure out how you "suspended" the poinsettia!

Thanks Louise, it will become much more obviously when I post the next card, using an ornament, which is alot smaller. You will then see the fine elastic that runs from top to bottom.
DeleteThis looks quite big to suspend but it seems to be working. So good. Vx
