Pleasant Poppies Pink Paint Chip card


Hi Everyone,

Thank god its Friday.  Am I right people?  We love Fridays because it brings us that much closer to the weekend.  Both my girls have plans.  Lucky them.  I will be enjoying my time on Friday night prepping for my class this Saturday.

I have another Paint Chip card to share with you today.  I really love the simplicity of them.  Quickly stamp with Black any image you like onto the chip.  Instant colour as they are available in so many colours.  I've made many trips to the Hardware store picking up these chips.  Today, its a pink one which has been stamped with the Pleasant Poppies background stamp.  The greeting comes from the stamp set Petite Pairs.  Come and have a look.




The cardstock used is Naturals White and Basic Black with some patterned paper from the Modern Medley pack.  All stamping has been done with Black Stazon ink.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
