A Label Framelit Butterfly Easel Card

Hello Everyone,

Happy Tuesday to you all.

Today I have one of my fav type of cards to share with you.  Its an Easel card but this one is shaped with the Label framelits and is topped with a layered butterfly.  Come and have a look.

This one uses a base of Rose Red card combined with Whisper White and Rich Razzleberry, some Dazzling Diamonds glimmer and some Printed Blooms patterned paper.  My butterfly below is made up of layering Beautiful Wings (retired) embosslit and Butterfly thinlits.

This view shows the dimension achieved with the layers.

I do love an easel card and I also love butterflies which all my regular followers know about.  For the anchor to this easel I've used a combination of the Decorative Label punch and Artisan Label punch combined with the Label Love (retired) stamp set on the base of the card.

Here is the finished card from the front perspective.  Love that touch of glimmer.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Please feel free to drop a comment.  I love hearing from you.

Have a great day.

  2. lovely card, like you anything with butterflies is a winner. You do have me stumped as how you have got the Rich Razzelberry behind the thinlit butterly.

    1. Thanks Rosalie, the Rich Razzleberry butterfly was hand cut separately by using a butterfly negative to trace around the inside and then handcut it out. Our job will be that much easier, because I believe there is a new butterfly framelit that will now cut the solid butterfly in the new catty.
