Just Add Ink Challenge - JAI#161
Hello Everyone,
I'm joining in the the Colour challenge at Just Add Ink, with the colour combo below
I've been going through my stash of late trying to use some of the old retired products, so I was happy to find this challenge with Rich Razzleberry in it and a piece of Cottage Garden (I think that was the name of it) dsp, which I've used on my background. Back in the day, that pack of Dsp was one of my favourites. I've stamped with Fabulous Florets and handcut the blossoms which I've raised on Pop dots and my greeting is framed with an oval frame from the Silver Hodgepodge Hardware. That's another retired product (tick).
I've used the Delicate Designs embossing folder on a piece of Midnight Muse card as a border and also wrapped a little Midnight Muse ribbon around some Whisper White Card which has been embossed with the Square Lattice embossing folder. My Label framelit is also raised on Pop Dots.
This is definately a colour combination that I would never have used on my own if it wasn't for the challenge. Considering More Mustard is a retiring colour, it was great to use it again (as my inkpad for this colour is a new foam pad and still like new).
Thanks so much for looking. Have a great day.

Carolyn I need to go back through my stash and use up my retired DSP. At the time Cottage Garden was one of my favourites too and it sets off your flower theme well. Thanks for playing at Just Add Ink this week.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, Carolyn! That DSP is the perfect background for the focal images. Lovely use of the challenge colours. Thanks for playing along with us at Just Add Ink this week.
