Another Quick Sympathy Card


Hello Everyone,

Back from a long but fun day in Brisbane today celebrating my niece's 4th Birthday today.  I will do a separate post for that, but right now I wanted to share another Sympathy Card made for the Mother of my friend who just lost her elderly Dad this week.

I've also used the same stamp set - You're Lovely and papers from the pack called Afternoon Picnic, however I've included the Hexagon Hive Framelits onto the background, and some little butterflies from the Beautiful Wings embosslits.



The cardstock used is Wisteria Wonder, Basic Black, Pool Party and Very Vanilla.  The stamped panel cut with the Deco Label framelits is shown below.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
