New Card design featuring Scallop Tag Topper Punch
Hi Everyone,
I've been playing around with a new card design from a neat idea I've seen recently using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. Pretty cool, I think. Check them out.
I've used Watercolour Wonder designer paper on both cards with Whisper White cardstock and in addition, Island Indigo on card one with Label Love and Papillon Potpourri butterfly and Hearts a Flutter & Just Sayin' stamp sets with the second card.
Here they both are:-
As a bit more of an explanation I've just taken some more photos of how this is done. Hope that helps you to understand how this is created.
Slide your card in the punch all the way, past the guide, then punch and trim off the excess.
Enjoy your day.

Great cards.
ReplyDeleteI want to try this out!
Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend.
Not quite sure I get what you did. I would think it'd be a separate strip layered between the panels, but when I look closely at it, that isn't what it appears to be. Help?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your question Tania. I've added a couple more pictures here now as a bit more of a visual explanation of how these cards are made.
