Stamp Ink Paper Challenge #2 - Sketch Challenge

Hello Everyone,

Happy Tuesday to you.  Welcome to our second challenge at Stamp Ink Paper.  This is our new day to post for Stamp Ink Paper on a weekly basis.  This week we have a sketch for you with nice clean lines.  We look forward to seeing what you create.



I decided this was an opportunity to use some more of my retired stash of products.  I love when I can combine something old and something new.  Old/Vintage is the Coastal Cabana Cardstock, the Eastern Elegance dsp and the Spring Flowers embossing folder.  New is the Watercolour Wings Butterfly stamp set combined with the Bold Butterfly framelits.  I've used the Tag Topper punch for a tag here to represent the rectangle on the sketch which I've layered up with the greeting punched on the Large Oval on top of the Note Tag punch.  The largest Whisper White tag was stamped with the floral image from Awesomely Artistic and to add extra texture and to visually enhance that image it was stamped a second time on vellum, heat embossed with clear embossing powder and cut out and layered over the top of the first stamped image.  It extends over the edge of the tag and creates more depth.



The Coastal Cabana card was combined with Whisper White and Crumb Cake cardstock.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
