Lost Lagoon Butterfly Card

Hi Everyone,

How has your day been?  We've had a Body Shop party here this afternoon with the girls and it was a bit of school holidays fun.  Luckily I had this card I'm sharing with you today made in advance.



I've used the Watercolor Wings stamp set for this card along with Bold Butterfly and Butterfly thinlits framelits which were used to cut out the Stamped butterfly and the Vellum top layer.  I also used the Label framelits to cut a recess from the Lost Lagoon card which I've used Whisper White under.  The Lost lagoon top layer of this card was embossed with the Decorative dots embossing folde



The greeting and ww background was stamped with Delightful Dijon ink and the inks used on the butterfly were Lost Lagoon, Pool Party and Island indigo.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
