Stamp Ink Paper #5 Christmas in July
Hello Everyone,
We have a great theme for you this week at Stamp Ink Paper.
Here's a pic of a couple of cards made for display at my Christmas in July class held on the weekend. I didn't previously publish these when I showed a display of some of my cards the other day. I wanted to keep some surprises for now. I've made a square card in the front which I'm focussing on for now. Come and have a look.
This stamp set is called Festival of Trees and I've combined it with the new Christmas paper pack in our Annual catalogue called Merry Moments Designer paper. The cardstock used is Tip Top Taupe for the base with Real Red and Whisper White. There is also some Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer used for one of the trees punched with the co-ordinating Tree punch. Here is a closer look at the main panel.
The ribbon is vintage Pear Pizzazz pleated satin ribbon which I adored at the time and still have a little bit in my stash. The little bird from the set was stamped and fussy cut. I've used the Deco Label framelits to cut and mat my trees.
Here is another pic with another one of the Note cards I made displayed for my Christmas in July event. I will have further information on these in my blog in the next few days, so please stay tuned.
Please come by the Stamp Ink Paper challenge and see what the rest of our talented team have created this week. We hope they inspire you to start your Christmas creating and we also hope you will join us for this challenge.
Have a great day.

So beautiful! Loving your glittery tree in the middle with that beautiful little cardinal! :) That tip top taupe and real red combo is a winner, I'm definitely going to have to try that! I'm sure your card class was a hit with all of those beautiful cards!
ReplyDeleteCarolyn this is such a festive card! Love the classic Christmas colors combined with the more modern patterns.
