Stamp Ink Paper Challenge #38

Hi & greetings form Australia,

Welcome to our 38th challenge this week at Stamp Ink Paper. Yes, in case you didn't already know, I am the Aussie member on the US based Stamp Ink Paper team.  We have a colour challenge for you today of Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Sahara sand.  Don't forget to check the website to see what the rest of the talented team have made to inspire you this week.



Here's mine using a base of Pear Pizzazz and framelits of Butterfly and Rose Garden.  I've incorporated some printed vellum from SAB adhered to some Blushing Bride card for the layered butterfly and also for the Decorative Label punched layer where the Birthday greeting sits.  Greeting comes from the Rose Wonder stamp set.




I brushed over my top butterfly with my Wink of Stella pen.  Love the shimmery effect if gives.  Here is a closer look.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
