Fabulous Florets Side Easel Card

Hello Everyone,

Today's card is a little different.  It's an Easel card with a difference - a side topper easel with some colour blocking.  I'm really happy with how this looks.  Come and see.



I actually watercoloured the flower here for this card.  It was an extra one left over and was on my desk.  I love when I get to use up some bits that have been sitting around.  Here is the side on view of the Easel card to give you a better idea of how this all sits.



And below here is the front view of the card.  Cardstock used is Naturals White, Bermuda Bay, Basic Black and Whisper White.  Stamps - Fabulous Florets (Vintage), Papillon Potpourri and Label Love.  I've used the Deco Label framelits for the easel topper.



I've also taken a photo of what the inside looks like to give you a better idea.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
