Basic Gray Wonderful Blessings Card


Hi Everyone,

How has your weekend been?  Mum's taxi has been pretty busy here.  Lucky we have a pupil free day tomorrow, so its kinda like a long weekend, where I don't need to be anywhere in the morning at a specific time.  Maybe even get to have a little sleep in.  Wouldn't that be nice.

I'm sharing another Christmas card I've made using the same Wonderful blessings single stamp from last year that I've showcased the last few days.  This time I've used a base of Basic Gray and some patterned paper.  I've added some of our silver cord to the top of the image to give the appearance of
a bauble to hang on the tree.  Come and see.



I've used a number of inks to sponge on this embossed image -  Wisteria Wonder, Pool Party and Daffodil delight.  Here's the full pic of the card below.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
