Just Add Ink 180 - Nikki's colouring challenge

Hello Everyone,

How are you all today?  I've just put my husband on a plane to go to work in Western Australia for a new job.  He will be away for 4 weeks and it's the first time he's been away from home for this long.  I'm a single Mum once again. On the upside, I should be able to get lots of cards made, don't you think?  That and running around after 2 girls should keep me out of mischief, LOL!

Today's post is for my 4th and last Guest Designer card at Just Add Ink this month using a colouring challenge by Nikki to "Just Add Colouring".  I chose to Watercolour with my aquapainter and inks - Old Olive and Crisp Cantaloupe.

Here is my card.

I've used a new Hostess stamp set called Simply Sketched.  I've wanted this set since the moment our new catalogue started, however this set went into backorder for a while shortly after release.  It's available again now.

The cardstock is Crisp Cantaloupe, Whisper White and Smoky Slate.  I've used the Delicate Doilies Sizzix die and embossing folders of Mosaic on the White background and Lacy Brocade on the Smoky Slate which I've cut out using Chalk Talk framelits.

We hope you will come on over to Just Add Ink and see what the other Team members have made for your inspiration.  We would love you to join us for this weeks challenge.

Have a great day everyone.
