Strawberry Slush Butterfly Card
Hello Everyone,
How is your weekend going? I'm in pain with this shoulder, but hopefully there will be some relief next week when I have it needled. For my card today I wanted to use up some of the retiring card and I chose Strawberry Slush with my Butterfly Thinlit die. Come and have a look.
I've combined it with the Butterfly Basics and Itty Bitty Banners stamp set and Back to Black designer patterned paper. Behind the die cut butterfly I have Dazzling diamonds glimmer paper which was traced from the Strawberry Slush negative and then cut out by hand and adhered behind. I love that little bit of sparkle.
I love the contrast of the black and white against the Strawberry Slush. I used the Scallop punch to create a Whisper White border along the bottom edge of the my card and the Apothecary Accent framelits for the shaped mat where my layered Butterfly rests.
I hope you've enjoyed today's card. Have a wonderful day.
