Hello from Downunder,

Welcome to this week's sketch challenge with the Paper Craft Crew.
Yes, it's Wednesday once again.  We hope you will join in with this weeks challenge.

Today I'm using the Winter Frost Specialty Paper Pack (current holiday catty) for my card combined with last year's Snowflake Soiree stamp set (available on carryover flyer) and some Glimmer Snowflakes cut with the Snow Flurry Bigz die.  There is a new bundle of snowflakes available this year with matching framelits which would be a lovely substitution on this card.  The Base is Smoky Slate with Pool Party, Island Indigo and Whisper White cardstock.  I've also used the new Stylish Stripes embossing folder on my Pool Party Panel and the Snow Flurry Embossing Folder on my Smoky banner.


Note that Frosted Embellishment I've added for that extra bit of bling.  They are no pretty.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
