Butterfly Love


Hello Everyone,

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend.  If there's one thing I love in this world, well there's many things actually, if you list off Shoes, Music, family, etc...well you get my drift, but I love Butterflies.
It's been a couple of days, well more than a couple actually, since a butterfly card and I was having withdrawals.  I had to make a card with a butterfly today.

Come and have a look at the butterfly on this one.  It comes from the stamp set called Kinda Eclectic.


The patterned paper used on this card is long since retired that I can't even remember the name of it but the cardstock used here is Basic Gray, Very Vanilla and Blackberry Bliss.  The word Love, is cut with the Expression Thinlits.  Here is the full picture of the card below.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
