Snowman Flip Card


Hello Everyone,
 
Today I have another Christmas card to show you.  This time I've made a flip card using the Circle Card Thinlits and the snowman from the vintage set Jolly Old Saint Nick.  Come and have a look.
 
 
 
The cardstock used is Lost Lagoon and Whisper white which I've combined with some of last years Winter Frost patterned paper.  The stamping has also been done with Lost Lagoon ink.   Here are pictures of the card front, flip side and reverse.
 
 
 
I've also used some border punches for the trim - Scallop Edge border and Dotted ribbon border.
 
 
 
These cards are a little difficult to photograph.  You really must take pics from all angles so the final card I have to show you below is laying flat so you can see how the card sits ready for posting.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
