Festival of Trees Coastal Cabana Card

Hello Everyone,

We are in the middle of a storm here and I'm trying to load pics and finish my blog post before we lose power again.  Its flickered off an on a couple of times, and I really can't tell at this stage whether there was any damage to the pc as it doesn't want to start again.  I am on the trust laptop.

Today's card is yet another Christmas card combining Fun Frames and Festival of Trees stamp set and matching punch.  Come and have a look.



 The base card and ribbon is Coastal Cabana with a layer of Whisper White which has been embossed with the Fun Frames embossing folder and also stamped.  I have a greeting here from the Petite Pairs stamp set stamped in Bermuda Bay and trees in both Bermuda Bay and Coastal cabana inks, plus stars in Coastal cabana and Smoky slate.  I've also used some Silver Glimmer card with the Tree Punch.  Here are those stamped stars and trees on the bottom of the card.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
