Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge #124



Hello Everyone,

It's Wednesday again which means its time for another Paper Craft Crew Card challenge.  We would love you to join in this week.  Here is our sketch.

I am using some Designer paper from the stack Trim the Tree and stamps Butterfly Basics & Papillon Potpourri.  Here's my take on the sketch.  Its not quite identical because I was doing this challenge from memory without computer access at the time.



I'm happy with what I did in any case and I am loving these new products.  The cardstock used is Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz and Early Espresso with Whisper white for the banner.  I also cut a doily with the vintage Delicate doilies die out of Early Espresso.  I do like to combine some old with new sometimes.




I am quite pleased with my end result.  I hope you like it too, and it provides some inspiration, along with what our other designers have shared this week.  Don't forget to check out their creations at the Paper Craft Crew.

Hello Everyone, Welcome to our Wednesday card sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crew.  Here's our sketch this week    I'm using some designer papers called Merry Moments combined with Festival of Trees stamp and greeting from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.  The cardstock used is Whisper White and Smoky Slate with inks of Old Olive and Real Red.  The greeting comes from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and has been punched out with the Washi Tape punch. Here's a closer look.  I love how the Designer papers add so much colour this this card.  The Festival of trees stamp has been combined with the Tree punch for this card. Light up your Christmas

Hi Everyone, You all know how I love my Easel Cards right?  Well I've added a little light to them in the form of the little battery operated candles.  Neil bought me some boxes of them online.  I've been playing around with a couple of different designs which are for an upcoming class of very Special Christmas cards with my group but thought you might like to see them.  This is the first one I've done using the retired stamp set Christmas Lodge.  It's a gorgeous set with this beautiful tree and really suits a vintage style Christmas Card.  I've also used the Deco Label Framelits which are fast becoming a favourite and the Beautifully Baroque and Fancy Fan Embossing Folders. The Cardstock is Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I have the light on so you can see the gorgeous effect from the little candle.  Here is a photo when it's off.
