Baroque Butterfly Love
Hello Everyone,
How are you today? We missed the damage from the storm last night and instead, just got a little rain which was very welcome. My Tuesday afternoon and evening involves running the girls back & forward to dance classes at different times, so hoping there is no storm tonight. What's on for your Tuesday?
Now for todays card. I wanted to clean up a few bits and pieces from my desk, which included a gold embossed image of the Beautifully Baroque stamp stamped on some Whisper White card. It was almost a card in the making and all it really needed was a greeting and something to add to the focal point. I chose (surprise, surprise) a layered butterfly. I just love butterflies and this one is made of 2 different dies, Beautiful Butterflies Bigz die and Beautiful Wings embosslits die layered together, cut from Pool Party and Raspberry Ripple card.
The base of my card is Island Indigo layered with Whipser White and I've used Raspberry Ripple as an accent under my greeting scalloped with the Large Scallop Edgelit. The greeting is from a retired set called Wonderful Words. Have a closer look at my gorgeous butterfly. It has a punched flower glimmer centre finished with a Pearl.
Thanks for stopping by today to see my card. See you tomorrow.
