A Musical Thank You

Hello Everyone,

It's getting to that time of year, where school will soon be finishing and we start giving the Teachers of our children thank yous and Teacher appreciation gifts for the year.  My Youngest Daughter is in her final year of Primary School and plays Flute in the School Concert band.  This year they've had an excellent teacher in Mrs Tunbridge, who is actually finishing the school year a little early to take some Long service leave.  The band sounded great this year and my Daughter's music has improved so much under her guidence.

With only 20 minutes to spare this morning before we left for school, here is the card I whipped up.

There's lots of texture here.  The Cardstock is Raspberry Ripple, Basic Black and Very Vanilla and the Music paper comes from the Modern Medley pack.  I've used embossing folders of Lacy Brocade and Square Lattice plus embosslits Beautiful Wings and Label Framelits here today.

Here is a closer look.

The greeting comes from the Hostess stamp set called Simply Sketched.  Thank you for calling in today.

Happy Monday people.
